Congrats Boston
I have to get it out there. Boston is not my favorite team, or can I say that I am even a fan. But I must say congratulations to Boston on beating the Cardinals in four games. The series wasn't the best. I don't think that the Cardinals even showed up. Well Congrats Red Sox.

NEWS JUST IN, Your Favorite Celebrity Is An Idiot!
With the upcoming election I can't help but hear what people think on the issues. I hear a lot about P Ditty and his Vote or Die campaign. I also hear about the other various events that have been hosted by celebrities for voter awareness. I think that voter awareness and getting people to vote is a very important cause. But using your celebrity status to stupidize america, Well that is wrong. Take for instance Cameron Diaz who while on Oprah said, "I mean, we could lose the right to our bodies. We could lo--if you think that rape should be legal, then don't vote." She actually said that if you do not vote rape could be legal. Does anyone see what is wrong with this. I hope that I am not alone here.
Now let us turn to Sean Puff Daddy Combs. Then man who brought us the Vote or Die Campaign. Did you know that this will be the first election Mr. Combs has ever voted in. The man who says that we will die if we do not vote has never voted before. Obviously you do not die, if you do not vote. If you do, he would not be here to spread his leftist views to millions of impressionistic souls that look up to him. I will agree with him that if you do not vote you are giving up a liberty that others have died for, but you do not die. I want to emphasize this, as there are a ton of people who only get their information from the (super liberal) MTV News.
My suggestion to the voting weary. Look at a non-biased source, look at both sides and pick your favorite candidate by what you believe and not what celebrities think. Remember they make millions of dollars and really have nothing in common with you. They have no problem tricking you into voting, what is in their best interest.

Google has invaded my desktop why not replace my Browser
After an interesting article on slashdot I did a little investigating into the alleged google browser. It is true that Google has registered gbrowser.com. Is Google going to go after Uncle Bill and his beloved Internet Explorer. Google has already shown that it is far superior to Uncle Billy, when it comes to searching his operating system. From the rumors, Google is teaming up with mozilla firefox, to create a google branded browser. I already believe that firefox is superior to IE, but with the brains at Google this could be one hell of a fight. I would love to see the evil empire be taken over.
As more news and rumors become available I will post them for all to read. The war between Google and Uncle Bill continues...

Chief Justice Rehnquist Hospitalized
![]() |
Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist was hospitalized with thyroid cancer this past weekend. Rehnquist was a known conservative on the court. With the new election at hand what does this mean for the court? Any law student that has taken Con Law realizes the power of the courts and the appointment process. Will he step down in order for BUSH to appoint a new conservative to the bench before the end of the current term. In the event that the world will end and Kerry is elected president, will he have a chance to tip the scales of the Supreme Court and make a 5 to 4 democratic to republican split. Let me know your thoughts. |

Shatner says beam me up!
William Shatner has signed up to take a trip into space with Richard Branson. Shatner is a tech icon. The man also has a new hit show Boston Legal, which by the way is hard to watch as the court scenes allow way too much hearsay. I would like to thank Professor Blinka for teaching me the ways of Federal Evidence Law. The class is helpful, but it has ruined my TV experiences as all I do is shout hearsay. Back to Boston Legal. The show is quite funny, but some of the scenes are quite unrealistic. Hopefully Shatner makes it back from space as there are millions of trekies that will miss him at the annual conventions, which I am glad to say that I have never attended.

Google Me, I don't think so!
After looking over Google desktop Search I am very skeptical about the information that the are collecting. They have a unique application number that is associated with each copy of the software. Using that number (which by the way can not be disabled) they track how you use the software. This is quite an invasion of privacy. I have attached the link to the Google Privacy Policy below.

Google is one of the best things that has ever happened to the internet, but my hard drive is sacred and I am not willing to give them access to my computer just yet.

Is it me or does kerry look like Frankenstein?
Everytime that I see Kerry, all I see is Frankenstein saying "Bla, Bla, Blah, Higher Taxes, Blah". As you can tell I am not a fan of Kerry. Honestly how could any hard working american be a Kerry supporter. The connection between Frankenstein and Kerry is unmistakable. Just add a few electrode connections to Kerry's neck and he is the walking dead. I am always looking for other similarities. Let me know what you think.

Not lost at all
I love the show lost. Each week I keep asking myself why I like a show with some enormous creature hovering in the jungle, but I like the show. The show is on the edge of Sci-fi, but it keeps me tuning in every wednesday. I think that the show could be better if they were not constantly scared of some enormous creature. There are plenty of animals that are normal size that could scare anyone in the jungle. Why did they have to stretch the limits of reality. I honestly do not know. I still like the show and now you know.

Who is the Biggest Loser
I watched the biggest loser last night and it was rather disgusting.
In this show they take obese people and make them suffer to lose weight. Then if the people don't lose enough weight the contestants vote to kick one of them off. Obviously all of these people need to lose weight. This just seems morally wrong.

Written Description Requirement
I am currently doing some research on biotech patents and I have one question. Is the written description requirement in patents its own separate entity or is it a means to satisfy the enablement requirement.
If you have any thoughts on this let me know.
